Who is the controller

Loyfus, legal entity LUIZ FELIPE RODRIGUES DA PENHA, CNPJ 60.090.077/0001-21, based in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

What we collect on this site

We collect only what you fill in on the contact form: name, email, company, phone or WhatsApp (optional), and a description of what you would like to automate. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser local storage, is never sent to a server, and cannot identify you.

Why we use your data

We use your data solely to answer your contact request, assess technical and commercial fit, and carry the conversation to the next stage. We do not sell data, do not build marketing lists, and do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent, recorded in the form acceptance checkbox, and on the performance of pre-contractual procedures when the conversation results in an engagement.

Where the data lives

Data lives in the infrastructure required to run each solution, on cloud providers and specialised services contracted by Loyfus. The preferred region is Brazil; where international processing or storage is required, this will be disclosed according to the applicable service and contract. Data is protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and, where the provider makes it available, encryption at rest.

Who we share it with

We may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, messaging, observability, storage and AI model providers, according to each project architecture. The effective list of subprocessors is kept transparent and may vary by contracted solution. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Once the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymized, where technically applicable.

Your rights as data subject

Under the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, 13.709/2018), you may at any time exercise the following rights:

• Confirmation of processing;
• Access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Portability to another provider;
• Withdrawal of consent;
